A stakeholder says “make it pop.” Another says “keep it minimal.” The designer splits the difference, and nobody is happy. The next revision round begins.

Sen exists because we believe decisions should happen before the work — not through it. When stakeholders align on direction early, revision rounds shrink, timelines hold, and creative teams get to do what they were hired to do.
